This container has allowed me to witness and commence to heal some very ancient sisterhood and Feminine wounds. Previously I would always shy away from any Feminine Spiritual containers due to feeling 'unworthy', from having that message relayed to me many times throughout my life by women (family members, friends etc) who projected their wounding onto me.

Through the love and connection with my beautiful sisters within the Heart of the Rose, I've come to remember what true, authentic love and support is and should always be.

Recently I had the pleasure to journey into my womb in the Heart of the Rose. The potency of these teachings really orchestrated my being alive in places where I didn’t even know existed. The container is held in the sacred & integral holding of the school of Shamanic Energy Training and facilitated by the beautiful and attentive Jo.

What I’ve come to understand is that Spirit Work is no joke…. As founder Sharon says “ you can’t fake it till you make it with Spirit work” And there can be many many many layers. There also isn’t one way to go about it. Some individuals are deep divers and some take gentle steps to explore the multifaceted realm. 

My relationship to the benevolence of Rose has significantly increased. 3 months before this container I wrote a poem to Rose (yes the flower) and I’m so humbled that the Queen of Flowers beckoned me here. This is only the very beginning I’m so very much looking forward to my deepening dialogue with rose. She holds a strong yet soft and gentle feminine energy that is an incredibly powerful teacher and healer. 

What I am understanding is that womb work isn’t only about the balancing of hormones, yoni steaming, sensual pleasure and menstrual awareness. It’s also about spirit work. If our wombs are full of unprocessed emotions, dark spell magic, ancestral patterns, other people from past relationships and stagnancy form a lack of care. This will impact our outer reality.

Most of our own creation starts in our Wombs. It governs our creative  life force that flows up our spine into actioning the feeling, healing & manifestations.

This intimate sisterhood container encourages one to find their own unique inner keys, to reclaim your magical inheritance and ancestral power. It is deeply self nurturing, loving and opens up new doors to relate with you… your womb, heart & mind. I’m truly grateful. Thank you so much.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought how much a 3 month programme would change my life. To be honest I thought it would be sunshine and rainbows, not to say now the sun is shining brighter than I ever have felt and the rainbows have a new found beauty. 

Yes there were some trying times - but I had to experience them, dance with my shadows, truly feel the stuff I’d not deeply felt before to then see what I had not seen before.

After some hesitation as to whether I should sign up for Heart of the Rose, I’m so grateful I said yes!

I had some reservations about doing such a course online, however, I was amazed at how connected I felt to this group of women even though we never met in person. I have recently completed “Heart of the Rose” led by my very dear friend and teacher Jo.

Working with Lady Rose has not been easy. She has showed me truths about myself that have been sitting under the surface, I’ve faced fears deep in my heart, so much healing has occurred as I’ve released past heartbreaks, some I hadn’t realised I still held on to.

I’ve emerged softer, more resilient, wiser and more vulnerable. Lady Rose can be soft and sweet and beautiful but she also has her thorns and it was working with this medicine that I found an inner strength.

Lady Rose has revealed so much to me and I know she has not quite finished with me yet.

The Heart of Rose container filled my life with something I didn’t know I was missing, but I needed. 

I was surrounded by a circle of strong women, all from different backgrounds, who shared themselves so courageously. This way of meeting changed by outlook completely, it was so healing.

The Heart of the Rose, 3-month container - it finished too soon, I wished it never ended!

Jo has an authentic and warm approach and a deep connection to Rose and to Rose mysteries. Her Circles and Teachings are so gentle and felt through her warmth and loving approach.

Even though being online, I felt safe to share my deepest Heart experiences. It was so genuine and welcomed by Jo and our group of a supportive Circle of sisters. There was so much love and support amongst us all. 

Each week I so looked forward to the teachings with Jo about the Rose Mysteries and the Rituals.

Working with Rose was a new beginning for me. It inspired me to build a relationship with myself, to open my heart and work with Rose medicine on a deeper level.
