It was incredible how powerful the work was and how deeply it could be felt as the weaving went on - it felt big! The time flew by so quickly and I seemed to sense when the session was coming to a close as my body began feeling lighter and I felt myself come back into a more ordinary state of awareness.

To wrap up such a wonderful and healing experience, receiving the recording from Jo that recapped the session was such a gift. She spoke to many aspects of myself that resonated in deeply profound ways, offered insights into beliefs, programmes, ancestral patterns and wounds that I was still attached to and that were holding me back in my current reality, as well as offering invaluable messages and practices to support and integrate the weaving.

I cannot recommend Jo enough, she carries out her work with so much compassion, gentleness and love.
